Upon arriving at the service bay, I was greeted immediately and a service technician brought me to his desk and asked about my appointment. Upon conveying my concerns the technician told me what he thought the problem was, but told me that the vehicle needed to be diagnosed for an accurate report. After the vehicle was diagnosed, the technician advised me it was the problem he had advised me about and i needed a new module. They had one in stock and installed it while I waited.

Check in was quick, easy and complete. My service advisor, Scott, was very helpful and friendly, making sure to listen to all my concerns. Scott kept me updated as to the progress of my service and notified me as soon as my vehicle was ready. No problems were found when they checked the vehicle computer and there was no pressure up sales. Fantastic service and dealership.
