Scott in the Service department is the best!

Very poor communication. Came in for an oil changes / tire rotation, and was told had a recall and "it would not take long at all" to do. After 2:15hr I was told done, paid and left. Days later I saw an updated CarFax report and realized the Recall was not completed, this was confirmed later that day with the service department. I was told the part was damaged and they now ordered a part. So after a 2:15hr wait all I left with was an oil change / tire rotation.

Dropped corvette off for oil change done in reasonable time. All good

I brought my Equinox in for a check engine light and when I called to let the service department of my situation I was told they were very busy and might not be able to get to it for a day or 2. When I got there Nick got me right in and they were able to diagnose my issues and let me know what was needed to be done by the afternoon. I told them to go ahead and repair it and they had it was finished by afternoon 2 days later even having to order the parts. I really appreciate all the hard work and communication the team has to get my vehicle back on the road.

My Truck was there at least four days with no call from your service. department I finally called myself. The service people told me they extremely busy. I understood that. What I did not understand after being told they would CALL me with some informatiom Ihad to call them again. This went on for the week. I asked for the Service Manager,I explained my situation we had conversation I jokingly said I should by a Ford, She then said have a good weekend hung-up on me. Her name was Kathy . Let me just say my truck records are there if you look at them you will see I have been a good customer. Between your Service Manager and your Service department that will no longer be the case.

My tire was low and I stopped at service without an appointment. They took me in and filled and checked the tire.

All services completed by the afternoon. Great communication from Nick explaining what should be done with our car.

It would have been nice to receive a call when the car was done. I dropped off the night before for an 8 AM appointment. I didn't hear anything until I called at 2 PM to check on it and it was ready. Which was nice but I would have picked up earlier if I had known.

Service Department is second to none! Everyone was awesome.

My salesman was polite and extremely professional with the purchase of my vehicle.

Upon arriving at the service bay, I was greeted immediately and a service technician brought me to his desk and asked about my appointment. Upon conveying my concerns the technician told me what he thought the problem was, but told me that the vehicle needed to be diagnosed for an accurate report. After the vehicle was diagnosed, the technician advised me it was the problem he had advised me about and i needed a new module. They had one in stock and installed it while I waited.

The representatives were fantastic in all areas!!! However, your pricing leaves less desirable moments!! For example, $400 diagnostic charge is too high!!! Thank you!!!

They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the visit even better.
